Welcome to the Terms & Conditions of Rickus Ra. Please read through each section carefully before purchasing our products online. By purchasing products, you are agreeing to the terms & conditions set out below.

Payment

Payments online will be requested through our payment provider Squareup International Ltd, which accepts the following card types; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order and another email when your order has been shipped with relevant tracking information.

All products remain the property of Rickus Ra until full payment has been received.

Pricing

All prices and charges on the Website are shown in UK pounds sterling and are subject to change. They do not include any delivery charges. These will be shown separately (where applicable) during the order process.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an order confirmation.

The Website contains a large number of products and it is possible that, despite our attention to detail, some of the products listed on the website may be incorrectly priced. We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an order confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a pricing mistake.

Product Information

Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques.

Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.

Every effort has been made to illustrate colours accurately but this is not always possible with digital reproduction on different web browsing platforms. Hence, there can be no guarantee that the true colour of each product will be exactly as shown. All sizes and measurements are approximate. We do try to make sure they are as accurate as possible. Please note products are subject to availability.

Sold Out Stock

In the unlikely situation that an item is sold that is sold out, Rickus Ra will contact you as soon as possible to offer you a refund or exchange.

Promotional Codes

From time to time, we will offer promotional codes via email marketing or social media.

By participating in any such promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Promotional code offers cannot be combined.

2. They only apply to full price items and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.

3. Promotions are only valid at www.rickusra.com and not at our Pop Up Events/ Shops.

4. Rickus Ra reserves the right to (i) cancel this offer at any time (ii) refuse to allow any individual to participate in the offer (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to all customers.)

5. Any refunds will take the discount into account.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in the event of a dispute.

Any personal information you provide when you register as a customer on the Website must be true and accurate.

You agree not to impersonate any other person or to use a false name.

If you wish to purchase products on the website you must provide us with the information required and specified by us.
