Shipping + Delivery Information
UK Postage Rates are based upon weight and size, which will be updated as you add products to your shopping cart and start from £2.50.

All orders are sent within 1-2 working days (this does not include weekends or Bank Holidays) with either Royal Mail 2nd Class or Hermes Standard Delivery.

It is the customers responsibility to provide an address that is deliverable to and to have someone present to sign for the order. Items cannot be sent to PO Box addresses.

If your order is returned as a result of an incorrect postal address, you will be contacted to be informed and to pay postage again if you still want the item/s delivered.
International Shipping
Shipping can be arranged to Europe and the rest of the world. Please email items that you would like to order to rickusra@gmail.com and I will send you an order total with shipping costs.

Please allow at least 5-7 working days for your order to arrive in Europe and 6-10 days for the rest of the world.
Rickus Ra does not accept responsibility for additional charges such as import duty, tax and custom charges that customers may incur when orders arrive in their country.​
Postage Disclaimer
With regret delicate items such as ceramics, glass and other fragile materials including china, porcelain, clay and concrete cannot be insured.

Unfortunately all delivery couriers including Royal Mail do not allow these for compensation to be claimed should these items be damaged in transit.
​
Every single order is carefully, safely and securely wrapped and fragile items are in the hope delivery agents will take the time and care to be mindful of delicate products.
​
Should items be damaged in transit an exchange for the same product will be offered.
​
In such cases where the product may not be available, a full refund excluding the postage cost will be given.
