Returns

Of course I hope you will be super happy with your Rickus Ra purchase/s however if you wish to return unwanted item/s please email Jen at rickusra@gmail.com with your reasons for return.

Returns on full priced items (excluding postage) are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

​

Shipping costs of returning the item/s is the sole responsibility of the customer.

​

Items must be returned undamaged, unused, in perfect condition and if possible in their original packaging.

​

Any damage that occurs during the return shipment will be at the expense and responsibility of the customer. It is recommended you obtain proof of postage for your parcel if for any reason your parcel fails to reach me.

Faulty + Damaged Item/s

Should items be damaged in transit an exchange for the same product will be offered. In such cases where the product may not be available, a full refund excluding the postage cost will be given.

Refund Process

Once item/s have been returned, you will be sent an email notification to confirm the amount to be refunded.

​

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method only, in GBP and made within 7 days of receiving the returned item.  Please note it may take a little longer to clear in your account.

​

Rickus Ra is not held responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange any items, you will need to return the items for a refund and then place a new order for the correct item.
