Eucalyptus Essential Oil is popular for refreshing the body and clearing the airways, an aromatherapy staple. You can add a few drops of oil to a tissue or a burner to inhale for blocked noses, or add to a bath to help with joint pains, heal bites and wounds with its antibacterial and disinfectant properties. In aromatherapy Eucalyptus is said to promote activity, vitality, and energy and will leave you feeling invigorated and refreshed.
Diffusion and Burning: Use three to four drops in the diffuser or oil burner of your choice to help spread the scent around your home.
Skin use:
Dilute Eucalyptus oil with a suitable base oil such as fractionated coconut oil or sweet almond oil to minimize any skin sensitivity before applying one or two drops to your skin.
