My favourite style of bag, one that you can just grab and fill to the brim with whatever you need.  These bright and beautiful striped bags have been handwoven in Madagascar, have an inside pocket and sturdy leather handles that fit just over the shoulder.  Available in a variety of wonderful colours.  Please note this style does not have a drawstring closure.
 
Made with natural and sustainable palm  leaves, means that these bags will biodegrade at the end of their working life.  Each bag has had many people involved; those that collect the palm or grass, those that weave, those that sew on the handles and most work from their homes or villages.
